In accordance to a report by the Japanese Fuji News Network on the 22nd, on the night of the 20th regional time, a random incident with a knife occurred in the streets of Shibuya district, Tokyo, Japan. – the outdated woman held a knife and stabbed a terribly wounded mom and daughter.
