The police of the Urban Security of Castres (Tarn) made several arrests in the context of a sordid affair. It resulted in three indictments for “aggravated rape”.
It was an emergency reception center that alerted the police in Castres on June 4. One of their residents, a 13-year-old girl, had been gang raped the day before. The latter, known as being runaway, had just confided. Words she repeated in front of the urban security police in charge of the investigation, relates The Dispatch.
She said that on that day, three young women she knew, one of whom was housed in the same home, took her by force with them. They had taken her to a house she described as located between downtown Castres and the Bisséous district.
According to his statements, two individuals were waiting for him in this house, one of whom claimed that she owed him a few dozen euros worth of drugs. This man would also have engaged in harassment by messages to be reimbursed.
A gun to the temple
He had finally opted for another method of obtaining redress. He brandished a pistol – which later turned out to be a replica – and asked an accomplice to place the barrel on the young teenager’s temple. He was forced to give blowjobs to two of the executioner’s friends.
It was only after having suffered this abuse that the teenager finally managed to break company by running, to take refuge in the home. Arrested in several stages, the five suspects aged 15 and 16 admitted the facts.
Five indictments
The Castres public prosecutor’s office opened a judicial investigation for “aggravated rape”, investigated by a judge from the criminal center of Toulouse (Haute-Garonne). It is in this context that the three main attackers were indicted.
They were placed in pre-trial detention or in closed homes. The other two suspects were indicted for complicity and were placed under judicial supervision.
