Al-Marsad newspaper: The “Musaned” program revealed that the taxes for hiring a domestic worker from the Philippines amount to 10,752.50 riyals, including VAT.
Musaned clarified that the employment office or company does not guarantee the worker who is chosen by the employer himself, “nominated” or whose name has been specified in the “mediation services” contract.
He stressed that the “Maaroufa” service is a service that allows the beneficiary to bring a Filipino domestic worker selected by the employer, knowing that the recruitment of domestic workers from the Philippines will resume from 7 November.
