Energy companies that transfer their coal assets to the National Energy Security Agency will receive compensation and compensation. In turn, employees can count on a one-off payment of PLN 10,000. PLN or a guarantee of employment – it results from media reports on the content of the social contract of the energy sector with the government.
“The government party guarantees that energy groups cannot incur losses as a result of the transfer of assets” – this is a fragment of the draft social contract regarding the energy transformation, which the BiznesAlert.pl portal has reached. As we wrote, the government undertook to prepare bills for the separation of coal assetsand the creation of NABE, its financing, investments and the program of social protection for employees.
