10 OTG Underwent Isolation in Rusunawa Rejosari

PEKANBARU, RIAUGREEN.COM – As many as 10 people without symptoms (OTG) Covid-19 are undergoing isolation in Rejosari Rusunawa, Teluk Lembu Ujung, Tenayan Raya District.
“Currently there are 10 OTGs isolated in the Rejosari flat. Positive patients without symptoms, we refer to the flat to be isolated,” said Plh. Head of Pekanbaru City Health Service (Diskes) Zaini Rizaldy, Friday (11/9).
Zaini said, of the 10 OTGs who were undergoing isolation in the Rejosari Rusunawa, two of them were one family who were mothers and children. The OTGs underwent treatment there until they were declared cured or negative from Covid-19.
There are health workers on duty every day to supervise the OTG who is undergoing isolation in that place.
“For health workers, the morning standby for two people, at night for two people, and in the afternoon for two people. The health worker performs treatment, checks health. If there is a complaint from the OTG or someone needs to be referred, our health worker will help him,” explained Zaini.
He said, Rusunawa Rejosari was prepared by the Pekanbaru City Government (Pemko) as a healthy home for isolation of positive Covid-19 patients without symptoms.
There are 360 beds and treatment rooms prepared in Rusunawa Rejosari. Isolation for positive patients with Covid-19 must be carried out under government supervision.
This is so that isolation can be controlled and does not cause the spread of the virus, thus causing higher case growth. (pgi)
