10 Anti-stress foods – Nederweert24

There are a number of foods that reduce stress. In this post I will describe 10 anti-stress foods. You can eat or drink them if you are very stressed as they help reduce stress.

Anti-stress foods

  2. Cereals: especially oatmeal is the ideal breakfast when you are stressed. Oatmeal has a calming effect.
