As of 5 pm on the 7th in Incheon, 29 additional confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection (Corona 19) were confirmed. The death toll also increased by one more.

According to the quarantine authorities, on the same day (as of 5 pm), there were 1 additional corona19 deaths and 29 new confirmed cases in Incheon.

The deceased was classified as a contact with the existing confirmed person and was confirmed on the 18th of last month. After being diagnosed with hospital treatment, he eventually died on the 6th. As one additional death occurred, the cumulative number of Corona 19 deaths in Incheon totaled 35.

There were also 29 new confirmed cases. The confirmed cases are Incheon 3255 ~ Incheon 3283.

By region, there were 8 in Bupyeong-gu, 7 in Seo-gu, 6 in Namdong-gu, 4 in Gyeyang-gu, 2 in Yeonsu-gu, 1 in Michuhol, and 1 in Ganghwa-gun.

Among these, 11 were related to group infection, 13 were contacted with confirmed cases, and 5 were unknown to the infection route.

Group infections occurred at Namdong-gu Nursing Hospital, Gyeyang-gu Nursing Hospital, another nursing home in Gyeyang-gu Nursing Hospital building, and Michuhol-gu shopping center, a new infection site.

The number of nursing hospitals in Namdong-gu was confirmed, with two confirmed, accumulating 18. One additional nursing hospital in Gyeyang-gu was added to a total of 60.

The number of nursing homes in the Gyeyang-gu nursing hospital building was confirmed, with two additional people being six. In Michuholgu Shopping Center, 16 confirmed cases were confirmed from the 30th of last month. As 4 additional cases occurred on that day, the cumulative number of confirmed cases increased to 20.

The city and other quarantine authorities are conducting epidemiological investigations on additional confirmed cases.
