Myanmar is in extreme tension.
Military troops were deployed in major city centers, and communication is unstable due to repeated Internet blocking.
There are growing concerns about what is happening locally and whether our compatriots who remain in Myanmar are safe.
Myanmar citizens who majored in Korean have delivered local news to a Thai reporter facing the border.

In Yangon, Myanmar’s largest city, citizens shout slogans around armored vehicles.
The military pressure is on the rise, with protesters arrested in the middle of the night and the Internet is blocked from time to time, but protests are spreading across the country.

In particular, as the military government freed 23,000 prisoners from Yangon Prison as a paving stone to secure support and to shake protesters, security insecurity is increasing.

Despite the strong suppression of the military, the citizens of Myanmar are firmly determined that they cannot withdraw to restore democracy.
