The political battle is heating up regarding the suspicions of the Moon Jae-in administration’s so-called ‘statistical manipulation’ announced by the Board of Audit and Inspection.
The ruling party actually targeted former President Moon Jae-in, saying that everyone should be held accountable regardless of their status, but the opposition party criticized it as a ‘manipulated audit’ aimed at oppressing the former government.

The Board of Audit and Inspection announced that the Moon Jae-in administration pressured the Real Estate Agency and the National Statistical Office to manipulate housing price and income statistics.
We requested the prosecution to investigate 22 people, including former high-ranking Blue House officials, including former Blue House policy chief Jang Ha-seong, and officials from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the National Statistical Office.

The People Power Party continues its onslaught every day, calling it a shocking violation of the national flag.
He said that everyone should be held accountable regardless of their status.

Representative Kwon Seong-dong criticized the manipulation of statistics as grade manipulation for schools and fraudulent accounting for companies.
Rep. Ha Tae-kyung demanded a responsible apology from former President Moon Jae-in.
On the other hand, the Democratic Party claimed that it was a ‘manipulated audit’ to break through the political situation.
According to the Board of Audit and Inspection’s announcement, ‘household income’ statistics have been manipulated since the second quarter of 2017, but there is no reason to manipulate statistics that will stop production only two months after the government was launched, and from the following year.
