During the night of February 24, 2021, in the course of police investigations, between 00:00 a.m. and 03:00 a.m., further criminal offenses were found in connection with the already reported willful destruction by several young people.
In addition to property damage in the area of the town hall, further damage was found in the local area.
Among other things, the young people had stabbed the tires of six cars with a knife. They also ransacked two probably unlocked cars for valuables. The perpetrators took an electric door opener for an adjacent garage from one of the cars. The perpetrators stole several items from the garage.
As part of the investigation, a motor scooter was found, which was also initially stolen by the young people and then damaged.
The police estimate the damage incurred at several thousand euros.
The young people between the ages of 17 and 18 will have to pay for the property damage. Furthermore, criminal proceedings were initiated against them.
Other injured parties or witnesses are asked to report to the Löffingen police station on the telephone number.

On the night of February 24, 2021, around 12:43 a.m., young people willfully damaged several objects in the inner city area. They also tore a trash can from its anchorage and used it to smash an adjacent display case.

The police were able to identify the perpetrators as part of the investigation. The young people between the ages of 17 and 18 will have to pay for the property damage. Furthermore, criminal proceedings will be initiated against them.
