On September 27, 2021, around 7:20 p.m., a dangerous traffic incident occurred on the K4907 (Spirzen), which ultimately became the subject of police investigations. Two cars (Dacia and Mercedes Benz) drove up the Spirzen towards the B500. At the level of the Schweighöfe, the driver of a black Audi was trying to overtake the two vehicles when suddenly a silver-colored panel van approached. The Audi driver recognized this and clearly braked his vehicle, cut back into the right-hand lane and thus prevented a collision. In the further course there was further driving behavior, which was dangerous. On the B500, junction Jostal (L128), the Dacia driver drives behind the black Audi of the K4907. According to the Dacia driver, it should have come into the opposite lane and slowed down significantly. After activating the horn, the Audi driver should have braked his vehicle to a standstill. To avoid an accident, the lady driving behind also braked her Dacia and slowly drove past the Audi. As a result, both of them press the emergency call. The police asked witnesses who were able to observe the traffic to report by calling 07651/93360.
