On Sunday, June 28th, 20, a 23-year-old Coesfeld drove his car to Bruchstrasse in Lette at around 4:50 a.m. When he tried to turn left into a service lane, he came off the road and hit a tree head-on.
The driver and his two fellow passengers, 24 and 25 year old Coesfelder, were seriously injured by the impact and were brought to surrounding hospitals by RTW.
The driver was under the influence of alcohol. A blood sample was taken from him and the driver’s license was secured.
Total economic damage was caused to the car.
