A patrol from the federal police arrested a 43-year-old German on Thursday morning near downtown Aachen.
This was wanted by the Krefeld public prosecutor with an arrest warrant for false suspicions. He stayed unexcused from the main hearings in 2020 at the lay judge’s court in Krefeld and in 2021 at the regional court in Krefeld. Thus he was announced for arrest by the Krefeld public prosecutor. After his arrest he was brought before the detention center at the regional court in Krefeld. The main hearing is due to take place today.
