Zul Zivilia Imprisoned for 18 Years, What is the Economic Fate of His Family?

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com– After the vocalist Zul Zivilia Sentenced to 18 years in prison for drug cases by the North Jakarta District Court, it is not easy for his wife, Retno Paradinah to continue his life.

“Now I have a business selling clothes, and I have also doubled as an MUA, right? So the income comes from Alhamdulillah, ”said Retno when contacted by reporters on Sunday (7/3/2021).

Retno did not deny that she sometimes borrowed money to cover her daily needs.

“At least ask for help from siblings, with parents, like that,” said Retno again.

Meanwhile, Retno also shared that her daily life was only taking care of her child. Sometimes, his son also asked where Zul Zivilia was.

“Every day take care of children, every day the children ask their fathers,” said Retno.

As previously reported, Zul Zivilia was sentenced 18 years in prison for drug cases and fined Rp. 1 billion by the North Jakarta District Court.

Zul was arrested at the Gading River View apartment in the Boulevard Barat Raya area, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, in March 2019.

When he was arrested, Zul was caught weighing methamphetamine and put it in a number of plastic clips.

It is suspected that they were making a drug package.

Zul has 9.5 kilograms of methamphetamine-type narcotics and 24,000 ecstasy pills.
