Mönchengladbach. This year’s sale of high-quality second-hand clothing by the Zonta Club MG 1 in aid of the Christmas market starts on Friday, November 3rd and ends on Thursday, November 30th. During this time, the doors of the Menge-Haus (entrance at Fliethstrasse 69) are open to anyone interested in shopping every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and every Thursday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Zonta 1 uses the proceeds to support numerous facilities for people with disabilities in Mönchengladbach as part of the Christmas market. Everything is for sale, from sporty sweaters, trousers and scarves to costumes and trouser suits to elegant evening wear. Handbags and shoes are also on offer. There are also quite a few designer pieces in the service club’s collection. There is also a small men’s fashion department: sporty trousers, shirts, sweaters, suits and ties are waiting for a new wearer in the best condition.
Zonta MG 1 is a service club for working women from Mönchengladbach and the surrounding area. There will also be a stand with a selection of second-hand items at the Christmas market itself, which is planned for Saturday, December 2nd on Geroplatz.
