The President’s address to the Rada will take place on December 1.
“This is the president’s annual message to the Verkhovna Rada. This is provided for by law. Of course, we expect the president in parliament. As far as I know, this is planned for December 1,” Kravchuk said.
The appeal will concern the situation in the country and the position of Ukraine in the international arena.
