The famous chef Zdeněk Pohlreich admitted that he does not like the cuisine of some of his television fellow chefs. Although he did not name it directly, he spoke, for example, of the gastronomy done by Přemek Forejt, known as the MasterChef judge.
“Once, twice a year, I go somewhere to a classy restaurant, but to be honest, I don’t like contemporary modern gastronomy,” said Honza Dědek in the 7 Falls program.
“It’s still moss and rubble is rolling somewhere. Everyone will tell you that the wine you know is a foot is some kind of biodynamic and great,” he continued with a clear allusion.
At the same time, Forejt is known for its attitude towards nature, which is why you can find natural elements on a plate while serving at its restaurant. But they don’t say anything to Pohlreich.
