A source in Zamalek’s technical staff confirmed that the team will restore the services of three players in the next match against Tanta, scheduled for next Sunday in the 12th week of the Egyptian Premier League.
The source revealed, in special statements at night, that the trio of Abdullah Juma, Hazem Imam and Mahmoud Abdel Razek Shikabala were ready to confront Tanta after recovering from the injury that had recently kept them from participating.
He added that French coach Patrice Carteron, the team’s coach, will decide in the course of the day their return to the list in order to prepare them for the ZESCO United match in the African Champions League.
The white team will lose the services of the duo Tariq Hamid and Ferjani Sassi to Tanta, due to be suspended.
Zamalek collected 18 points from 10 games to finish fourth in the league after achieving the first victory in the last four rounds of the competition after Aswan’s team overcame a clean double on Thursday.
It is noteworthy that Zamalek will host ZESCO next Friday, as part of the fourth round of the group stage of the Champions League, during which the white team collected four points in the first three rounds.
