While the Reims prosecutor’s office requested a general dismissal in the case of young Magomed, shot dead in 2018 at the Red Cross, the examining magistrate signed the referral to the assizes of two of the three suspects, but in ruling out the intention to kill. The respondents, however, appealed against his decision.
