There are reports that there are NVMe SSDs that have slowed down after installing Windows 11.

Windows 11 is far from error-free, which has been slow for all software lately … Unfortunately, even months after its release, there are inconveniences or issues discussed in forums. Some, for example, suggest they complainthat their NVMe SSD has slowed significantly since installing Windows 11.
The problem affects random write speeds, with mentioned double and even quadruple drops after installing Windows 11. No specific brand or model is mentioned, so many manufacturers are affected.
Some also have a decrease in random read speed. Strangely, the error only affects the SSD on which Windows 11 is installed – not the secondary drives, nor the sequential speeds. The first reports were released three months ago, during the beta of Windows 11. A Microsoft employee also confirmed that they knew about the error and investigated it. There seems to be no way to solve this problem in all this time.
