Do not try to use it in combination with some of the following lifestyle factors:

sleep deprivation, nervous lifestyle dictated by workload and social media, concerns about pandemics and other possible endings of civilization as we have experienced it, use wide spectrum antibiotics for any cold, computer-bound job, combined with un-ergonomic body pose and consequently poor shallow (mouth) breathing, lack of movement, hysterical, uneducated managers and real small children, children or pets, noise pollution of all kinds, LED lighting well into the night hours, poor room ventilation or polluted outside air in general, lack of social interaction, addiction to coffee and sugars to get through the day, sleep within a stone’s throw of 30 neighbors their active WIFI, 5G and the radar of an airport, … use anti-inflammatories on a daily basis, hormone disruptors of all kinds (our beloved plastic, microwave foil, etc. ..), cleaning products, new electronics, staying in new cars , or most obvious: lack of sunlight and vitamin D hormone (no, this is not just an “on-clinically-proven” ant-cov remedy), genetically modified food with industrial sweeteners and almost unlimited “shelve life” and herbicides like .. you know there is an important trial of a Vietnamese-French woman against the producers started Monday in France .. you will not hear about it ..
