As part of an ambitious expansion plan in Peru, Xiaomi, the Chinese company dedicated to the design, development and sale of smartphones and other electronic products, opened its first store, outside of Lima, located in the northern city of Chiclayo.
Xiaomi’s establishment has 118 square meters and is located in the Mall Aventura Chiclayo shopping center and will have at its disposal its diverse portfolio of products, which is not only limited to smartphones; but also to: lamps, computers, scooters, external batteries, cables, adapters, decoders, routers, tools, rice cookers, fans, smart scales, among others.
“It is a great pleasure for us to open our first store outside of Lima. This opening is part of an ambitious and strategic expansion plan that will allow us to bring Xiaomi’s innovative technology to Peruvians. Our brand purpose is to provide high-quality products with affordable prices for everyone, ”said Carlos Araujo-Lima, senior manager of Retail at Xiaomi Peru.
It should be noted that, although it is an official Xiaomi premises, it is managed by its authorized distributor in the country: Qué Tal Compra. This company is the one that also enabled an official website so that local users can make their purchases online: www.mistore.com.
As part of its strategy to enter the city, Xiaomi will offer an opening promotion with the recently launched Redmi Note 9T smartphones, including the Mi Watch Lite in the promotional sale pack in limited quantities. The store is open to the public from today, Friday, March 19, complying with all the sanitation and capacity protocols allowed.
