If you look at a month and a half old addition to the Xiaomi portfolio with the slightly groundbreaking name 11 Lite 5G NO, you probably won’t avoid the impression that you’ve seen this before. You will not be far from the truth – the vast majority of the parameters of the novelty match the previously introduced Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G, however, differs in several parameters. What can Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE (New Edition) offer?
Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE bets on a thin and light body, which has 6.81 millimeters at the waist and weighs 158 grams. The frame around the display, which is 1.88 millimeters, is also thin. Four color combinations Truffle Black, Bubblegum Blue, Peach Pink and Snowflake White, which we tested, will also attract attention.
The 6.55 ”display is of the AMOLED type with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and it does not lack 10-bit colors TrueColor, Dolby Vision or 90Hz refresh rate. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 5G chipset, 6/8 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of internal memory ensure sufficient performance.

We tested the 5G speed in Prague in the network of the T-Mobile operator. The average download speed was around 102 Mbps, in the case of uploading it was around 27 Mbps (tested by SpeedTest.net).

Battery and charging speed
The thin body housed a battery with a capacity of 4250 mAh with support for 33W charging. In case of endurance, count on about one day, but if you save the phone, you will get to breakfast the next day. However, the above-mentioned fast charging will come in handy with more demanding use.
In half an hour, you can reach a solid 58 percent with the supplied charger. Replenishing the juice from zero to 100 percent takes exactly 68 minutes. This is definitely not a bad result within the given category. Perhaps only the support for wireless charging is missing here.
The Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE definitely has something to offer in the middle class. For the price CZK 7,990 This is a very interesting alternative to the predatory brands of recent years, which Xiaomi is trying to take to the throne of the best manufacturer with a price / performance ratio. Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE definitely won’t give her skin away for free. I just wonder who in Xiaomi invented that rather crazy and incomprehensible model designation?
