Friday, May 6, the Rives de l’Isole health center, bringing together the municipalities of Bannalec, Le Trévoux and Saint-Thurien, offered a workshop at the Maison pour tous du Trévoux.
This “Moving for your health” workshop was the first of the year in a series of five, spread over six months, as part of the ETP (therapeutic patient education). Each workshop is intended for people with chronic diseases. It was led by general practitioners Péron and Bonnet and occupational therapist Dr Marreux.
“The workshop is offered in the form of various games with speaking out and discussions and is accessible to patients even if their attending physician is outside these three municipalities”, underlines the coordinator of the health center, Sophie Gourvellec.

The workshops are free because they are financed by the Regional Health Agency. All you have to do is register on 07 67 29 71 64. Next workshop on June 13 on the theme “I discuss with my health professional”, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., at the Maison pour tous du Trévoux.
