“This concert will be a long-awaited meeting of woodwind ensembles from various regions after a longer break, where there will be an opportunity to both enjoy playing together and hear the performance of colleagues,” says Valda Bagāta, head of woodwind ensembles in the Pierīgas region.
The concert programs include pieces from the XXVII General Latvian Songs and XVII Dance Festival woodwind concert “Time River”: covers of Latvian folk songs and original pieces for woodwind ensembles.
Entrance to the Ethnographic Open Air Museum of Latvia according to the price list. Kokļu Day is organized by the Latvian National Cultural Center in cooperation with the Ethnographic Open-Air Museum of Latvia.
