The two victims, 36 and 21-year-old men, were shot in the head last Saturday during a spontaneous meeting after a Black Lives Matter demonstration. The woman is from Birmingham, she is being held and interrogated, police in Manchester report.
According to witnesses, an argument suddenly started early in the night. The 36-year-old victim is a father of three and someone well known in the area. He tried unsuccessfully to appease him when he was shot at, the newspaper writes Manchester Evening News.
