A woman was punched by a man during a fight in the early hours of Saturday (10) at the Pirajá bus terminal, which provides access to the Salvador metro.

In images circulating on social media, it is possible to see two men arguing. Two women are next to the two men.

One of them advances towards the other, but ends up striking a woman nearby. The woman falls unconscious. Witnesses are shocked by the attack on the woman and begin a pursuit of the attacker. The video stops.

In a statement, CCR Metrô Bahia, which manages transport, reported that security teams “provided first aid to a customer after she was attacked during a disagreement between individuals”. The woman was taken to the Metro Emergency Room. There is no information about the woman’s health status.

There is also no information whether the attacker was arrested.
