Indonesian netizens flooded their social media justin hubner after the Wolverhampton Wanderers player was canceled by Indonesia’s naturalization.

Exco PSSI Arya Sinulingga ensures that Justin Hubner’s naturalization process does not continue. There was Hubner’s request that PSSI could not fulfill and this was the reason why the naturalization process did not continue.

“We are processing two who are ready to join us. Naturally we are a bit hampered at the Ministry of State Secretariat, because there is one that we are still negotiating about. So we are not proceeding with the naturalization of Hubner, because there is a request from Hubner that we cannot fulfill,” said Arya.

Arya’s announcement also dashed the dreams of a number of Indonesian national team supporters to see Justin Hubner return to the Indonesian national team costume.

A number of netizens also visited Hubner’s social media account to say goodbye to the player who currently still holds the status of a Dutch citizen.

“See you again Justin Hubner. Good luck,” wrote one netizen.

“See you Justin. Enthusiasm for your career journey,” said another netizen.

“Thank you brother, see you next time.”

Apart from farewell remarks, a number of netizens also expressed their disappointment in the comments column.

Justin Hubner was initially in the naturalization project with Ivar Jenner and Rafael Struick. These three young players were plotted to become naturalized players for the 2023 U-20 World Cup. The 2023 U-20 World Cup itself was canceled to be held in Indonesia.
