Wizz Air has resumed flights to Great Britain

The Civil Aviation Authority issued a communication that allows flights to / from Great Britain, provided that only Polish citizens are on board of flights to / from Great Britain to / from Poland. According to the communication to Poland, they also have the right to fly, among others, to the spouses and children of Polish citizens, persons with a permanent residence card in Poland, persons with a Pole’s card, foreigners working in Poland or pupils and students receiving education in Poland.

According to the guidelines of health protocols, upon arrival in Great Britain, Poles have a 14-day quarantine period.

At the same time, Wizz Air informs that the implementation of additional hygiene procedures is an expression of the line’s concern for the safety and health of passengers and crew. Remember to travel in a mask – it is the duty of the crew and passengers. In addition, crew members are required to wear gloves. Wizz Air planes are regularly subjected to fogging of the cabin using anti-virus preparations, and – following a strict daily cleaning schedule – all planes undergo night disinfection using anti-virus agents. The crew distributes disinfecting wipes to passengers when boarding; on-board magazines were removed from the armchairs pockets. Passengers are asked, if possible, to make contactless payments when shopping on board. Keep your physical distance as per local authority guidelines and purchase additional online services (including checked baggage, WIZZ Priority, fast track service) to minimize physical contact at the airport.
