The argument of Torres’ lawsuit is that presenting the vaccination card in certain places could be considered as discrimination for those who do not have it.

For now, the study of the claim, according to El Tiempo, is in charge of magistrate Roberto Serrato, who must issue a series of orders requesting concepts from the defendants and the Attorney General’s Office.

Likewise, when faced with the question of: “Do you agree or disagree with companies starting to demand the covid-19 vaccine from their employees?”, 71.8% said they were in favor compared to 27 , 1% that is not. 1.0% do not know or do not respond.
