Excessive eating, and without exercising, leads to obesity, and this is what the Ministry of Health and Population warns of, as it posted on its Facebook page some tips that must be followed to avoid weight gain, as follows:
- Cut back on foods high in fats and sugars.
- Try to walk for 10 minutes, 5 days a week.
- Drink plenty of water instead of sugary drinks
- Eat lots of fruits and vegetables
