Geneva (awp) – Geneva cybersecurity specialist Wisekey has taken a 5% stake in Arago, a German company active in the artificial intelligence sector. The deal is $ 5.5 million, the company said Tuesday evening.
Arago was founded in 1995 in Frankfurt am Main. It uses inference and machine learning technologies to automatically develop processes.
Wisekey’s investment in Arago takes the form of a convertible loan. It will be paid in five installments of $ 1.1 million each, from this August until the end of December 2020.
