On July 12, during the election evening, Andrzej Duda invited Rafał Trzaskowski to the Presidential Palace. Duda’s rival initially refused, now announces that he has accepted the invitation to the meeting. It is to take place soon.
– I received an invitation from President Duda on Thursday morning and of course I will use this invitation. Especially since it is a day of preparations for the anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising. I will also see the president at the Uprising Museum and hope for a constructive conversation – said Rafał Trzaskowski at a press briefing.
The meeting is to be held on Thursday at 9.30 am. In turn, the second visit is to take place as part of the anniversary celebration of the Warsaw Uprising. According to the program, the insurgents will meet with President Andrzej Duda and President of Warsaw Rafał Trzaskowski at 11.
