This initiative has managed to take another step forward in the fusion kitchen experience for the fourth time by making known utensils used in international cuisine. This route of gastronomic experiences has been an invitation for curious explorers who wanted to collaborate in choosing the Best Tapa 2016.
Twenty-six bars and restaurants in the Gamonal area have offered November 4-13 A tapas specially designed for Food Explorer who dare to explore international flavors with a local twist.
