As of Windows 10 version 2004, Microsoft has removed the option to suspend updates from the Updates options. If you still want to postpone updates, you can still go to group policies.

Microsoft states that the change was made to avoid confusion and to prevent feature update versions not installed on versions that are almost end of service to be.
