Minister of National Education Ziya Selçuk made a statement on the agenda in the Başkent Kulis program presented by Mehmet Acet on Channel 7.
Highlights from Selcuk’s explanations are as follows;
– We follow the opening reports of the schools worldwide. What Turkey in terms of health data show that science is not enough just to say what the board improvement in Turkey. We analyze them all.
– June 1 destination for us.
We want life to normalize. Science has a guide. If science cannot be opened, it is up to September to open schools. Or there may be partial openings.
-We’re looking at the options. We have created our lists.
The Ministry of National Education does not make this decision alone. Under the leadership of our President, we make decisions together from the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Interior.
IF SCHOOLS ARE OPENED BY PROVINCES …
There are no cases in some of our provinces. Some of our provinces also have many cases. We have a study in which provinces what is the situation? We should also look at the carrier factor. If the schools expand according to the provinces, we are also ready for it.
-We are making preparations in every sense of a year after going back to school. We take into account parents’ concerns. We request students to open schools.
