Publisher THQ Nordic releases Desperados III on June 16. The tactical wild west game appears for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The gameplay of the game is reminiscent of the first part from 2001 and the games from the Commandos series.

Through a new trailer, which introduces the character John Cooper, THQ Nordic announces that the game will be released in mid-June. The game can now also be pre-ordered via the website from the makers. The PC version costs 50 euros and the console versions cost 60 euros.

The first Desperados game was released in 2001. The gameplay is similar to Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines, which appeared a few years earlier. The new Desperados game is inspired by those classics, say the makers. Nordic Games has owned the rights to the series since 2013. Desperados III was created by the German developer Mimimi Games.
