First method:
At this point, you don’t need to install an app or set up a cloud storage platform for that app.
Alternatively, you can import the files from the Photos app on your Windows PC (via Microsoft).
The Photos app comes pre-installed, which means it’s on every Windows laptop or desktop computer. And yes, this will be a wired transfer, so you’ll need a Lightning cable with the correct USB connector to connect it to your computer.
And files are transferred in the following ways: “Connect the Lightning cable to the iPhone and the other end to the computer, then click on “Allow” in the pop-up window that says “Do you want to allow this device to access photos and videos?”

The second method:
In this method, a video clip is transferred from iPhone to a computer using File Explorer.
Another way to import videos from iPhone to computer is through Windows Explorer or File Explorer.
And if you’ve been using a Windows laptop for some time, you’ll already be familiar with File Explorer, which makes this method even easier. To transfer your videos from iPhone to a computer using this app, you will need a USB cable.
Connect your iPhone to your computer using a USB cable.
On an iPhone, tap Allow on the prompt that asks about sharing photos and videos on the connected device.
Open My Computer and select your iPhone’s name under Devices and Drives.
Right-click on your iPhone and select “Import photos and videos.”
Wait a few minutes while the computer searches for photos and videos on your iPhone.
Select “Review, organize and group items to import”. Click Next.
Select the videos you want to import and click Import to transfer them from your iPhone to your computer.
