Teams from the same league cannot compete until this round. Man United and Arsenal cannot meet.
Prior to the play-offs, the eight teams that advanced to the round of 16 were Uniao Saint-Giloa, Arsenal, Freiburg, Ferencvaros, Feyenoorti, Real Betis, Real Sociedad and Fenerbahce.
Seeded teams excluding Arsenal and Real Sociedad will meet Manchester United in the Round of 16.
From the quarterfinals, free match draws will be held.
The Europa League round of 16 will be played on Thursday, March 9th with the first leg and the second leg a week later on March 16th.
