The Secretary-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) has said that an international investigation team to investigate the origin of Corona 19 will arrive in China on the 14th.
WHO Secretary General Thewardros Adhanom Governor Yeosus said on Twitter, “We welcome China’s announcement regarding the international team to investigate the origins of the virus that causes Corona 19.”
“We look forward to working closely with our Chinese counterparts on an important mission to ascertain the source of this virus and its route to humans,” he wrote.
It also said, “Scientists who will participate in an international mission on the origin of the coronavirus virus will arrive in China on Thursday (14th).”
Earlier, the China National Hygiene and Health Commission said that an international team of experts led by the WHO will visit Japan on the 14th.
