KOMPAS.com – CEO Xiaomi Lei Jun recently gave news that could surprise Xiaomi fans aka Mi Fans.
The reason is, he confirmed that the top model of the Xiaomi 12 Series, which is predicted to be named Xiaomi 12 Ultracanceled alias not released to the public.
This announcement was made by Lei Jun in a reply to comments contained in the upload of the official Xiaomi account on a social media from China.
This upload itself contains the launch date Xiaomi 12S12S Pro, and 12S Ultra which are planned to be held on July 4.

As for the reply to the comment written by Lei Jun in response to a question from a user who is curious about the differences between the Xiaomi 12 Ultra and the Xiaomi 12 Ultra Xiaomi 12S Ultra.
The question, as well as Lei Jun’s answer in Chinese, can be seen in the picture screenshot the following. Lei Jun’s own account is an account marked with a “V” logo on a red background.
“Xiaomi 12 Ultra is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1. The phone was originally scheduled to be released around March or April, but we ended up not releasing it to the public,” wrote Lei Jun answering a user’s question.
Lei Jun did not mention the reason why his party decided to cancel the Xiaomi 12 Ultra.
But even though it was canceled, he said that Xiaomi Fans can look forward to it smartphone another equivalent to the Xiaomi 12 Ultra, namely the Xiaomi 12S Ultra.
“For a better user experience, we improved the capabilities of Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and collaborated with Leica to help improve camera performance for months. This experience can be obtained on the Xiaomi 12S Ultra,” added Lei Jun.
