Those who log on to this page created by Nicolas Nardou more than eight years ago but which has really taken off in recent weeks all have one thing in common. They love Limoges, their city, its history.
Old limougeas or more recent, rooted or expatriate, they come to seek a part of themselves. From their childhood, their adolescence. They testify to their love for their city, they have fun comparing the times.
Rewound memories
Some rewind the passage of time, others (re) discover it. “Oh, was there a Café de la Poste at the corner of Place Winston-Churchill and Boulevard Victor Hugo?” I thought he was near the station ”. “Well no, it was the haunt of fine arts students and all the hippies in the area.” Everyone brings out their old photos, their anecdotes about such and such a store or a factory that has disappeared. Some people ask riddles. The others watch them and try to answer them. Happiness on the bar.
