Wheat Cycle Festival in San Antonio

One of the most consistent projects in the Valparaíso region starts in 2022 with an ideal cycle for those who enjoy live music. Sello Trigal has been promoting the San Antonio scene for five years, and over the next few weeks it will be giving life to the 2022 Wheat Cycle. The event is financed by the 2020 Music Fund of the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage.
“The lineup is made up of local and national projects. Mostly, they are female artists who are playing strong on the independent scene today, who have a long career, who we know are going to hit well here in San Antonio, and who we like a lot. As a label we are defenders of the importance of working with artists that you listen to, because if you don’t like them, there is no motivation and things don’t turn out that way”, says the founder of the label, Tania Meza, about the curatorship of this month of music that bring San Antonio closer to a series of outstanding voices not only at the national level, but also representatives of Chilean art abroad.
February 5 is the turn of Brotes, with shows by Natisú, Du0fem and Cactus Andante. Closing the meeting will be Cosecha, with the participation of Yorka, Erika Needs and Jorge Mercado on February 12.
