WhatsApp releases an account opening function on 4 mobiles simultaneously in the beta version

Whatsapp has been developing a feature that allows you to open accounts on four devices simultaneously since 2020. This branch of Meta is said to have now launched Instruments it is the beta version.

“WhatsApp introduces a ‘companion mode’ feature that allows users to log into the same account on multiple devices,” according to a WABetaInfo report cited by Economic timesMonday (14/11).

Previously, this feature was tested for tablet users. Now, the companion mode feature is available in beta and can be used by some Android users as well.

With this new feature, when a user installs WhatsApp on a new mobile, they will be able to link their account with another device via a quick response code (QR code).

How to use it namely:

  • WhatsApp updated to version 2.22.24.18. But not all Android users get the “complementary mode” feature.
  • Tap the three dots in the upper right corner
  • Open the options menu on the recording screen
  • Select “connect device”
  • Scan the QR code using another device

WhatsApp launches companion mode (WABetaInfo)

“This feature is only available to some beta users. A larger rollout will take longer,” according to WABetaInfo quoted by GSMArenaMonday (14/11).
