* Business hours change according to the autonomous communities so, depending on where you live, the closings – or hours – could vary. The Community of Madrid has free hours and so supermarkets can open every day. Andalusia has the same particularity as long as they are stores of between 300 and 500 square meters and in areas with a large tourist influx. For its part, Extremadura, Castilla-La Mancha, Galicia, Canarias, Cantabria, Castilla y León, Baleares, Navarra, Murcia, Asturias, La Rioja and Melilla are allowed to open their establishments on Maundy Thursday, while on Good Friday they can open in the Valencian Community and Navarra. For its part, on Saturday, as it is not a holiday, all supermarkets will be open in Spain. On Easter Sunday they can open in the Valencian Community and La Rioja. Easter Monday is a holiday in the Balearic Islands, Cantabria, Castilla-La Mancha, Catalonia, La Rioja, Navarra, the Basque Country and the Valencian Community.
