What is the actual gameplay of “Genless Zone Zero”?

Hoyo Bus’s new action RPG “Genless Zone Zero” has released a real gameplay video through a special TGS2022 broadcast.

This gameplay video, which will be released for the first time since the closed beta test in early August, begins with a brother and sister running a Random Play video store in the fictional city of New Eridu. At the end of directing the cutscene, you can see the scene where the gameplay naturally continues, and the player then controls the older brother to search the village to find the missing younger brother.

In this process, the video illuminates the various landscapes and people that can be found throughout New Eridu. You can meet and chat with the coffee master who runs the coffee machine or order food from a ramen shop. In particular, if you order the ramen, you can also see the scene where the chef himself cooks the ramen through a cutscene.

The main character, who searches the village but cannot find his younger brother, sends a search to the “Lair of the Cunning Rabbit”, a talented entertainment center. Next, the video shows a series of battle scenes as the characters from the rabbit hole embark on an expedition to a common area infested with dangerous creatures.

In the middle of the video, you can see thrilling battle scenes of characters like Envy, Nicole and Billy Kid, which have been revealed via CBT, etc. In the second half of the special video, you can also see the scene where characters belonging to “Beloborg Heavy Industries” fight heavily equipped boss monsters.

On the other hand, Hoyo Bus is organizing an event to provide awards to attendees in commemoration of Genres Zone Zero’s TGS2022 special video release. After watching the video, you can participate by writing your impressions in the comments on the event post posted on Hoyo Lab, and attendees will be awarded a random character stand or a Bangboo pillow through a raffle.
