Revolut Refund Protection is available to all Revolut Plus, Premium and Metal users and allows you to receive a refund through Revolut if you wish to return a product within 90 days of purchase.
Reimbursement Protection includes reimbursement insurance for items purchased using your Revolut account that are
- purchased for personal use,
- were brand new at the time of purchase,
- had no previous owners,
- were not bought privately,
- Purchased from retailers in Europe or where your account is registered
- bought in the past 90 days and
- cannot be taken back by the retailer.
The reimbursement protection is only for Plus, Premium and Metal users in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia , Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK available.
