West Java BKD chief Yerri Yanuar killed in crash on Cipali Toll Road, the Pajero Ringsek was driving

KOMPAS. com – Head of Regional Personnel Agency for West Java Province (Jabar), Yerri Yanuar, died after having a fatal accident on Cipali Toll Road KM 92 B, towards Jakarta, on Friday (11/25/2022).

Traffic unit chief for Subang police, Ipda Endang Sudrajat, said the Mitsubishi Pajero vehicle Yerri was traveling in crashed into a Tronton Hino truck.

“So, there was a truck in front, suddenly a Pajero vehicle came from behind. The two vehicles came from Palimanan to Cikopo,” Endang said, when contacted by phone on Friday.

“That was the information from the West Java Province BKD chief. So there were only two cars (Pajero), the driver and one passenger, no other passengers,” he said.

His party was unable to ascertain the cause of the accident that claimed the life of the head of the West Java BKD.

Currently, the drivers of the Pajero cars and Tronton trucks are still being inspected, he said.

“It is still under investigation. The driver of the Pajero was questioned again because he was in shock, so we have to slowly find out the cause,” he said.

The victim has now been taken to Ciherang hospital.
