We’re back more in love than ever!

ÑAM is back, the Latin American cooking festival with which you will taste, learn, be inspired,… and enjoy! From Tuesday, April 25 to Sunday, April 30, on Santa Lucía Hill and GAM.

After three years (and as a result of the pandemic), the 10th version of Ñam, the Latin American Cooking Festival, will take place from Tuesday, April 25 to Sunday, April 30, on Cerro Santa Lucía and GAM. Yum comes back… and comes back with everything.

The festival is divided into Ñam Innova where important international and national speakers give their inspiring talks (GAM) and Ñam Mercado, the tasty gastronomic festival on Santa Lucía hill.

This year we have the pride and privilege of presenting the and international guests of Ñam 2023: Pía Leon (Kjolle, Central, Mil, Mater Initiative / Peru), Malena Martinez (Mater Initiative, Central, Kjolle, Mil / Peru), Janaina Wheel (Casa do Porco/Brazil), Carmen Angel (Carmen Group/Colombia), Mitsuharu Tsumura “Micha” (Maido/Peru), Tom Kalika (Michiguene/Argentina), Rob Pevitts (XO/Colombia), Sebastian Marin (XO/Colombia). Colombia), Matthew Rios (XO / Colombia), Maurice Lopez (Ancestral / Bolivia) and Sebastian Gimenez (Ancestral / Bolivia).

ÑAM INNOVA is the gastronomic meeting of social innovation, with important foreign and national speakers, where ideas are cultivated, shared and harvested. Through talks open to the public, with relevant guests who, on a small and large scale, demonstrate how eating can change the world.

Professional Workshops (Tuesday 25 and Wednesday 26 April, GAM): Space where we will learn about innovative projects by relevant guests (international and national), in talks that will address four important topics: Environment, Culture-Community, Youth Cuisine and Health.

Caldo de Cabeza (Friday, April 28, Liguria Lastarria): Citizen work groups with relevant actors (public and private), to work on various issues in the world of food and think about a better future for food. This event will be by invitation only.

YUM MARKET (from Thursday April 27 to Sunday April 30, on Santa Lucía hill) is the great gastronomic festival with activities designed for everyone. A tour of Chile from its products, landscapes and characters… to celebrate, learn, enjoy and have a good time.

Emporio Ñam: All these years we have worked to disseminate and bring both Chile and the different stories, experiences and wisdom of those who cultivate them closer together. Here you will live what is La Feria, La Pulpería and the Mercado del Cambio, and in each of them you will taste and be able to buy wonders from small producers, farmers and entrepreneurs.

Ñamcito: A space dedicated to children so they can learn the importance of gastronomy, food education and the environment. There will be workshops, cooking classes… and much more.

Ñam Academy Kitchen: In a scenario all tasty things can happen: here will be the fantastic cooking classes to learn and taste Chile, with an exchange of knowledge and flavors.

Rest of Ñam: Chefs and cooks who will fill the festival with flavor in food stalls. There will be the Cookery in which renowned restaurants will have an exquisite gastronomic proposal. And in the Carts the food trucks take the flavors with different proposals.

Ñam Bar: Large and small bars where delicacies will come out. In the Multibar there will be classic and author cocktails, tasty juices and waters, a festival of the liquid world for all tastes. While Beergarden will be a sample of national and international beers. Wines and we will also have Chilean wine as the protagonist.

Yum Music: Eating, drinking… with music tastes better! This year we will have a festival full of live music, where you can add flavor and rhythm to Ñam.

Access to Ñam Innova is free for everyone (April 25 and 26, GAM) and you must register at www.niamfestival.cl/inscripciontalleresinnova

Tickets for Ñam Mercado (from April 27 to 30) have a value of $8,000 pesos for adults and will be free for children up to 9 years old. These can be purchased through Punto Ticket (from March 22) or at the event ticket offices (while supplies last).

The entrance of the public will be in two special strips with different activities for each one. The first entry from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Ñam Lunch), to then resume entry at 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Ñam Sunset). Finally, the closing of the activities on the hill will be at 22:00.
