With Claudia Norberg (49) everything is going down the drain. From the common house with Michael Wendler (47) she had to move out in the Dating show «Match» she found no partner and now she was convicted in court.

For three years, the public prosecutor’s office had been investigating the ex-jungle camp candidate for the insolvency of her record label CNI. She is accused of having put assets aside to illegally separate them from the bankruptcy estate. That should do it with naming rights, including «Wendler» and GEMA rights (society for musical performance and mechanical reproduction rights) made 176 songs. She is said to have transferred the rights to her ex-husband Michael Wendler today.

Wendler’s judgment is still pending
That is why she received a criminal order from the Duisburg public prosecutor’s office this February. Norberg did not want to accept this and appealed. Now she has withdrawn it. “Ms. Norberg has withdrawn the appeal against the penalty order and in this respect it is now final,” said the director of the Dinslaken District Court, Cornelia Flecken-Bringmann, to RTL.
